Dr. Suresh Srinivasan
Founder, CEO and CTO
Dr. Suresh Srinivasan is the CEO, CTO and Co-Founder of CacheWave. He has over 25 years of experience in wireless and embedded systems. He spent a decade as a Wireless Architect and Research Scientist at Intel. Before that, he worked for seven years at SRLabs and Seven Networks - both startups that had successful exits. Prior to his time in the U.S., he worked on avionics, radar, and PET scanner high-end embedded systems in India. His research interests include advanced 5G/6G communication systems, edge computing, and distributed machine learning. He holds more than 14 issued and pending patents in the areas of mobile wireless tech and systems. Dr. Srinivasan earned his degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bangalore University, India, in 1998; his M.S. in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas, in 2006; and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Portland State University.

Seemab Kadri
Founder, President and CBO
Seemab Kadri is a seasoned technologist and business strategist with nearly three decades of experience in the silicon industry. He has worked with several leading companies, contributing across all phases of the product lifecycle, from fab manufacturing to large-scale product deployments. Over the years, Seemab has held diverse roles spanning software development, product and program management, engineering leadership, as well as marketing and business development. An inventor with numerous patents in wireless technologies, Seemab holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bombay, an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, and an AI certification from MIT Sloan’s CSAIL.

Dr. Ehsan Aryafar
Advisor
Dr. Ehsan Aryafar is the Advisor and Co-Inventor of CacheWave Technology and an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Portland State University. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, he was a Research Scientist at Intel Labs in Santa Clara, CA. He received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Iran, in 2005, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, Houston, Texas, in 2007 and 2011, respectively. From 2011 to 2013, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University. His research interests lie in the areas of wireless networks and networked systems, spanning both algorithm design and system prototyping. He holds more than 30 issued and pending patents in the areas of mobile and wireless systems.

Mike Cubbage
Advisor
Mike brings over 25 years of experience in networking and software, with deep expertise in product management, technology strategy, and business model development. He is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Bigfoot Networks, acquired by Qualcomm, Rivet Networks, acquired by Intel, and is current the CEO of Junction Technology. Mike has held senior leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies including Dell, Qualcomm and Intel. Mike is passionate about driving innovation and growth, and he leverages his experience to help transform strong ideas into successful businesses.

Aseem Parikh
Advisor
Aseem Parikh is serial entrepreneur, tech investor and startup mentor. Aseem has 25+ years of global operating experience in the computer networking industry and a deep passion for product management and go-to-market strategy. As part of core founding teams, he has been instrumental in leading several venture-funded technology startups to successful exit. These include iManage by Cisco, RMI by Netlogic/Broadcom, Guavus by Thales and Ananki by Intel. Aseem has built and run teams across the globe. He is responsible for securing strategic wins with Fortune 500 customers such as AT&T, Cadbury-Kraft, Chevron, Comcast, Fujitsu, Huawei, Kellogg, Verizon and Virgin Media; as well as federal agencies and contractors like Harris, Lockheed Martin and NASA. Aseem holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from UCLA.
